What happens when you add a high level fertilizer to a Christmas or Easter Cactus? [View all]

I brought two of my mother in law's favorite plants back to life and now I may have goofed. I was using Cactus fertilizer for them for years and they were doing quite well. Then, in one of those sunstroke moments that only gardeners know I accidentally selected Miracle Gro's single fertilizer application. This is the stuff I use for my tropical bloomers. Will one application make a difference in the long run?
