Regardless of the current underlying cause treat it as an accidental poisoning. If it is neurological, that treatment will usually not be harmful.
You must consult 24/7 vet NOW for guidance until you can get to a facility.
We have a mobile vet who we call, I pray you find helpyoure doing as much as any loving person knows to do. 😻
