Can you bathe her? If she is having an allergic reaction to the flea powder, you might see loss of coordination, dilated pupils, among other symptoms. In the short term, it would be helpful to remove the flea powder by bathing her. If you can't bathe her, can you at least wipe her down with a washcloth? I'm praying for you and your baby!
