Merlin is becoming quite an independent little wizard [View all]

Not only does he climb up on to the furniture, he's gotten pretty good at climbing back down. He now naps where ever he is when his eyelids start to get heavy. Sometimes on me but more and more often on what ever soft surface is within a short bumble.

And, much like Arthur was, Merlin is a very chompy little boy. Sometimes I can distract him, sometimes I can't. He is also still very much in to suckling on my knuckles. And on my neck. And on my arms.

He is desperate to play with Gryff, but Gryff is still kind of unsure about this whole situation. He will sit on my lap when I'm holding Merlin and is very tolerant of being kitten pawed.

I tried to weigh him but he is such a wiggle bug. I might have to bag him up so I can get something close to accurate. I'm hoping that he has finally reached the 1lb mark. I'll continue to keep a close, worried watch on him until the next vet visit.

We will be spending lots of time together, over the next week or so. My car goes to the mechanic early next week and he will replace the broken connection in the turn signal system. Not sure how long I will be without my beloved Saturn but I have zero intent of going anywhere until I see what happens after Tuesday.
