Montana drafts new bill giving felons the option of being spanked [View all]
They might hate the gays but they love the S&M !!!!
this bill not only covers misdemeanors but also felonies. So rather then serving 10 years for robbing a bank you can just pull your draws down and take 10 swats!!!
