To his credit, the stop and frisk policy has made NYC's crime rate lower than other American cities. The drug racketeers cannot presume they can carry a pistol to protect their cash and their stash.

However, the policy is racial profiling.

Solutions: (1) legalize cocaine and bring it above ground, and (2) a near total ban on handgun possession.
