In the 1940's FDR imprisoned Japanese citizens & descendants. Can DJT imprison Liberals & Democrats if reelected? [View all]

SCOTUS ruled at the time that FDR was allowed to do this. What is stopping a reelected DJT from doing the same thing to those that disagree with him? Why or Why not?
