The announcers in the booth, longtime hosts Bob Eubanks and Stephanie Edwards, wouldn't touch the float with a ten foot pole. That duty fell to a reporter on the ground who gave it a brief description. The vast majority of floats got "oohs" and "aahs" from Bob and Stephanie. They ignored the AIDS Foundation float completely. Their silence spoke volumes. Hope they get an earful.
