3. Misleading title I think..... On national Lands...

should have been in it. And I agree. I think there should be farms, just like there are with grapes. People won't need to hide to grow it then. There will be no need for armed and dangerous camps, workers for cartels or any of that.

If they let people grow it then it will all change. As long as it remians illegal then it will be this problem always.

BTW, if 10% of CA's population smokes (very low estimate)and smokes 1/8 a week (again way low), that means that 3 million plants are needed to supply one years worth of just CA's consumption. (1LB).
