5. To be fair, I have had to keep canned whipped cream locked up at work.

You don't "sniff" it, you just leave the can upright (so no cream comes out), stick the nozzle in your mouth, and huff while you let the gas out. Same stuff that the dentist gives you, or that you get in a $5 balloon at a Phish show. A case of Reddi-Whip is like catnip to an addled, cut-rate dishwasher, of which there are plenty…a chef who doesn't secure their stash is likely to end up with 24 cans of cream minus the whip

Of course, reusable whipped cream sprayers take nitrous canisters, I wonder if NY has restricted those yet.
