ANY licensed FFL cannot "control" a gun that is sold there, once it leaves.

I note "new owner." Is there some by taint of blood thing going on here, like the blood laws during the Jim (large, raucous black bird) laws of the South?

The OP might familiarize himself with Red's Shooting ranges in the Austin area where indoor 100 yd ranges have existed with firearm/ammo sales for years.

Sounds like a culturally-diverse neighborhood!
