that claims they will hand out gun locks. In the day after it was launched their counter claimed ~15,000 people took the quiz and one lock would be donated for each quiz. That number varied up and down by a few thousand for a month or so. Now it is at 1,500 give or take a couple hundred.
Perhaps the OP can provide an update as to the 90% reduction and where these locks may eventually be distributed.
