Of the 1/3 of the remaining homicides -- after suicides are deducted -- 2/3 are criminal-on-criminal. I'm not sure exactly how it breaks down after that, but one thing is certain. Citizens without criminal records who "snap" and jump straight to murder with a gun represent a very small percentage of the total.
So please......by all means......please proceed with your dishonest, failing strategy.
