Texas statute defines a bar as an establishment which derives over 51% of it's revenue from the sales of alcohol. It would be posted as such and the carrying of firearms is illegal - even for a permit-holder.

This shooting took place at a restaurant which serves alcohol but derives less than 51% of it's revenue from such.
