Shouldn't there be a permit requirement, a waiting period, background check, additional tax, no-announce inspections of owner's property, for raw plastic? The printers require "ammunition" to work, so if we limit the access to raw materials, it should keep the bad guys from accessing it, right? Sheesh, let's find some more objects to blame...
