Kurt Eichenwald vs. Jesse Watters & Fox Neus [View all]

http://www.rawstory.com/2018/01/i-wont-be-the-next-george-tiller-writer-eichenwald-rips-fox-host-over-slanderous-report-leading-to-death-threats/

I read this article and am wondering if there will (finally) be push back against right-wing media attacks on people/entities they deem enemies. The article describes actions that Eichenwald has been taking that have the uncanny feel of laying the legal groundwork (aka "paper trail&quot for a significant lawsuit with major media impact.

Any thoughts, or am I letting my battered hopes get the best of me?
