It's been put out there over and over that tRUMP has to stop inciting violence, so he's delegated that crime.
IF we manage to hold these "hirelings" responsible for inciting violence in the fashion their leader has been expressly forbidden to use because of the results of Jan 6, tRUMP won't care.
He'll think, "Better them than me."
He's thrown everyone else under the bus.
But as ALL THE PEONS under him on the ladder get consequences, then it shows it's a "real crime" that results in "real time" which under RICO LAW as all the little soldiers and liaisons are found guilty, eventually the one who ORDERED all the mayhem is ALSO found guilty.
SO if WE THE PEOPLE PUSH for these Congress Critters to be held accountable for FAILURE to uphold their Oath of Office and one might even say VIOLATING THEIR OATH, they can be removed from that office.
Is violating the oath of office a federal crime?
The fourth federal law, 18 U.S.C. 1918 provides penalties for violation of oath office described in 5 U.S.C. 7311 which include: (1) removal from office and; (2) confinement or a fine.
CONGRESSIONAL OATH
I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.
TO CALL OUT WAR UPON THE NATION one is elected to serve (from within) is to side with Domestic Enemies.
That is not merely FAILING to uphold the Oath. It's a direct violation of it.
