Event: MILAN 2026, held in Visakhapatnam, India, from February 15–25, 2026.

Scale: The exercise included 74 countries and 18 foreign warships, aimed at strengthening maritime cooperation.

Status: The IRIS Dena attended as a "guest" of the Indian Navy and participated in ceremonial events, including an International Fleet Review where crew members paraded before the Indian President.

Constraints: Per the exercise protocol, participating ships were reportedly unarmed or prohibited from carrying ammunition during the drills.
