Don't ever feel you're alone in this battle. My husband went though serious depression when he returned from Vietnam. I met him several years later and always admired how he put things behind him. He told me he learned to do that from the doctors and staff and other patients at the VA. He honestly feels he wouldn't be here today without them.
War is never the answer.
