community... commune has gotten such a bad rap in the past

oh, I miss sugar woods, and fields and gardens and fresh hay in the summer and... YES! I welcome investors...

I've got the experience, skill and energy... my kids are in (unfortunately, they are no wealthier than me)... I continue to look for less expensive property... I love my few acres in Northern Vermont when I can get there but it is not suitable for any farming
it does have the best water in the entire world though...
