Just fans. Yesterday it was 106 degrees. I knew it was coming. 70 overnight so I got up at 4 a.m., opened all the doors and windows to get the cool air in until 10 a.m. Then close it all up. I bought a tower oscillating fan last year that has been a lifesaver. You might want to have a look at these. https://www.thespruce.com/best-tower-fans-4589094
Spend your afternoon in front of a fan. Don't do chores until it is cooler outside. Fill your bathtub with cold water. Apply water to face and head when needed. Drink a lot, too.
