Have used their service for about 3 years, and am very happy with it. Great coverage (uses AT&T network) and wonderful Customer Service for the few times I've had to use it. I started with my old flip phone, but purchased their iPhone 5 for $150 (enough technology for me) so I could sync with my car. I have the lowest plan: 250 minutes, 300 texts, 30 MB data for $21.42/mo. No contract necessary.
