I've noticed lately I sometimes have intrusive thoughts in traffic. like for a split second, [View all]

I'll imagine that somebody's car will hit mine. For instance, that somebody isn't going to stop and will T-bone me. Things like that.

I've been in car accidents, but none recently. Haven't moved either. This started maybe 3-4 months ago.

I'm in my late 60's. Anyone else experience this?
