Probably not right away, possibly not until you yourself have already turned 65.

Biden is going to be completely occupied during his first couple of years with attempting to undo so much of the damage Trump has done. Unfortunately, other things like lowering the age for Medicare will by pretty far down on the list of things to be done. But it will happen somewhere down the road, just not very soon.
