I found out they fill the Rx when you show up in person. I had my dr. call in a new Rx for a drug I've been on forever and waited a week for them to fill it. That was the night I stood in line for an hour and a half. At that point i said screw it and told the pharmacist (who was nice, but one I'd never seen there before) that I was moving all my Rxs.
