I enjoy the job but last year there were big budget issues and we had to cancel some training events.

Well, there are still the same amount of people who need trained so we are doubling some events and pushing more units through the same number of events.


I will say that 12-13 days I a row without a day off is a whole different animal than 25 days In a row.

They never scheduled me for this kind of crap when I was payed an hourly wage - Seems an attractive option now that I'm salaried
