I'm only about half-way through it -- just don't have a lot of free time -- but I'm enjoying each episode. High-quality scripts and good actors. Such a wonderful twist on the usual superhero origin story, to concentrate on his mother. And seemed, as far as I could tell, to be very comfortable with portraying a black family, as opposed to a white family just painted black. Watching his mother wrestle with when to have The Talk with Dion was so wrenching, but it was counterbalanced so well with just their joy with each other.
