Bundle up, cover your ears, put on some gloves, brave the winds, and just try it once. Go for an hour walk. Be sure to take in the beauty also.

You will feel so relaxed when you return you just might do it tomorrow.

(full disclosure: the only “comics” I own are R. Crumb’s “the book of genesis illustrated” and Harvey Pekar’s “not the Israel my parents promised me”)
