It concerns character development of Arya, not really advancement of the overall story... If you are up to date on the books, it is not anything you don't know is coming.
I saw that the chapter was up two or three days ago and was going to avoid it but... I was also only a few chapters away from finishing A Dance With Dragons and when I finally finished it last night... I just could not resist 
The only bad part about reading it is that I'm still dying for more, heh.
