What a great rant. Husband duffers are not getting anywhere close being a scratch golfer, much less even to tour-level play.

It's still fun though, out there with your buddies in nature, the beer wench coming around, laughing at poor shot, cheering at good ones.

You do have to not be selfish though if you have a wife and family. Just play on Saturday, as Sunday is reserved for watching football.
