Today was Stage 15 of the Giro de Italia, a pro bicycle race of 21 stages, three weeks, similar, but not quite as famous as, the Tour de France. This was an absolute monster of a (several) mountain stage; long and 5000 meters of elevation gain. Tadej took off with 14 km to go, all of it steep climbing. Nobody else could even get close, and these are world elite riders. Very impressive.
