🏈 interesting that the US Navy team has a 🏴‍☠️ on it's uniforms [View all]

Navy's Jolly Rogers uniform for Army-Navy game

The Midshipmen's uniform for the 2024 Army-Navy Game is called "the Jolly Rogers." The uniform was designed by Under Armour, which is the official uniform provider of Navy.

As noted by Navy's press release, the Jolly Rogers are the most lethal and history-rich squadron in Naval Aviation. It is the second time that Navy will be honoring the Jolly Rogers, who were established in 1943, in the Army-Navy game with their uniforms.

The tagline for the Jolly Rogers is "Fear the Bones." The Jolly Rogers are "freedoms guardians in the sky," as referenced in Navy's uniform release video.

Army's Screaming Eagles uniform for Army-Navy game

The Black Knights uniform for 2024 Army-Navy Game is called "Screaming Eagles." The uniform, which was designed by Nike, is black as it reflects "the canopy of fog and snow giving away to the shadows beneath the snow-covered pine forest in the Ardennes."

The uniform itself pays homage to the 101st Airborne Division, particularly its history during World War II at the 1944 Battle of the Bulge.
