Really?
Sounds like a fishing expedition because the NFL didn't instantly shelf DEI initiatives.
They ignored gouging during COVID, they ignored price fixing in the energy sector, they greased the skids for mergers certain to damage consumers, but not they care about a corporation's pricing model?
Pretty fishy.
