7. On many residential street around where I live

the city has installed speed bumps. These are different than the ones you see in parking lots...They are wider so we can go over them at a higher speed...maybe 20mph..but you can't go fast over them so it forces drivers to slow down. Rather cheap to as they are made from asphalt. Again this would only work in residential areas really where there are houses and schools and such and the speed limit is low, like 25mph or so.
