I see that the dune buggy from the episode in the first season of "CHiPs" has headlights, turn signals, a windshield, windshield wipers, a rear view mirror, and a California license plate on the front. Therefore, it has to have a horn, a brake light or brake lights, and a rear California license plate too.



The sandrail has a California license plate on the front, but I don't see anything else about it that makes it street legal.
