9. Parking space size is an issue

When you increase the space size, not just width but length and height, also you cut down on the number of spaces. Trying to do that in an existing parking garage is a problem when aisle width is set and structural supports are in place. Then building new garages means fewer spaces, taller floors and costs balloon.
