and HOPE neighbor gets a reasonably-priced bamboo remover, as I canNOT see the nest now, either from my 2d floor window OR adjacent parking spots.

I've never seen them CATCHING a fish, but just now saw one flying past my window(s) CARRYING a fish (and another or the same one, just flew past in the opposite direction, NOT carrying anything!
