What an amazing picture! I live in the Midwest so we have regular cardinals here. When I saw a purrhuloxia on a trip to Arizona, I started sputtering because I knew what it was, but couldn't remember the name. Do you think we could, just informally, give it another common name that is easier to remember and to pronounce?
