2. Those are thick around here. The Palouse Prairie is in eastern Washington state. It's all farmland with big hills.

After harvest they really have it made. They don't even have to fly. They perch on the hillsides. With everything cut down so low they can see anything that moves. You can spot one every couple of miles.
