A woman that worked for ESPN, now I think for their betting platform, played professional tackle football.
Her name was Marks. I think her first name was Anita.
Pretty sure she was a QB. She used to regularly guest on KJM on ESPN radio & often talked about being a football player.
Not sure how big that league got or how long they lasted, but women's full contact football has been tried in the past.
