My father visited there in the summer of 2010. So much of what you wrote about the terrain reminded me of his account. I was pretty amazed he was able to do as much hiking as he did considering he was 67 and had colon cancer. He said it was invigorating and he was certain he would beat it. It's still hard to believe he passed away less than a year later.

I certainly hope you get your camera back soon. I would love to see those pictures.
