. . .because I've only done cruises where the number of personnel (crew and passengers) total 100 or less. These smaller vessels go places where the big ones (aka "foo-foo ships&quot don't, they stay in ports for days, not hours, and the crews are hired locally.

Oh, and it's a big relief for Key West to not have those monstrosities around, either.
