That is my conclusion, based on available information. It is also my opinion. It is not an "assumption." Words have definitions. English has grammar and punctuation that clarifies meaning, as well.
There is a signature line on every post I write. I suggest that you read it. There is also no reason for you to be sorry that those are my words. I wrote them, not you.
