"Sexual abuse is blamed on clericalism. But the first and primary fault of the clergy does not rest in the abuse of power but in having gone away from the truth of the Gospel."

I know that the gospels do not mention homosexuality in any way. But they do talk extensively about the abuse of power, and about clerics who hold themselves as better than the common people.
