I have been looking for acreage to buy in California... I work remotely most of the time so with a trailer and starlink ( even if I hate Eloon )... I might enjoy some peace and quiet.

Is the title to the land clear?

Have you sold mineral rights to someone else?

is there water? what is the zoning? road access? etc. Send me the link to the listing.
