2. I too, had some land that I originally really liked, but it was too far off the beaten path, and thus, not really very

workable for us. The area is a popular trout fishing area too, w/ lots of fishermen, but there are hunters too, during hunting season, but still, jobs are few and far in-between, area is located right behind a major state park (trout fishing). It took me a while to sell my places too out there, a 17-acre plot, and then a 20-acre plot. I finally lowered the price down enough to help enable my neighbors to buy the pieces of property, and thus far, they seem happy (and I am too).

My sister even wanted it (the properties) since my Mom and Dad's old place was right next to my properties. She didn't get the properties since someone else had already bought them, someone who's from that same neighborhood, so a plus+ for my comment to try and get in touch w/ neighbors, they might know someone who might want the property.
