we sit for the first 15-20 min just music silence and self

then music off, I offer some guided vision and bring them back to grounding

then a chat session, sometimes themed, sometimes open...learning how to take turns with the talking stick

last minutes before leaving, reconnection grounding cords, setting intention for the rest of the day/week

homework/handouts as needed

then once they know how to do drumming with group, wrap up the opening meditation with a hearty drumming once in a while!
