I never thought about it like that.

But one thing people often miss -- or forget, or have a little trouble getting to the pointof -- is to be grateful for EVERYTHING, everything, everything. That must then include all those "negative" experiences and events and people and ...

YES!!! EVERYTHING means everything.

I once upon a time read or heard (where?? can't remember): God doesn't need your gratitude, YOU do.

One of the things I try to remember to do when "bad news" hits is to try to find a place of gratitude for it, whatever the experience is, because within each and every experience is a lesson and a blessing, or many. And because there's nothing that can happen to me that isn't under the direction and control of my Higher Self. I am safe, I am loved, and I live in an abundant universe.

Gratitude opens up the channels and allows the Light in -- and guidance if we needed it.
