6. Personally, if Bernie were to take the VP slot,

I would lose all respect for him. To run as her VP, he would need to completely go along with her positions on everything. No more $15/minimum wage. No more speaking out against the big banks. No more free public college/university education.

He would have to abandon much of what he believes in.

The President and Vice President do not jointly run anything.

Back when many were hoping Elizabeth Warren would run for President, many people, especially on DU, said she shouldn't, she needs to stay in the Senate. Well now, her name is being floated as likely VP pick, a position that would be far less influential than the Senate. Since she won't be the head of ticket nominee, she needs to remain in the Senate. Same with Bernie.
