I'm the exact opposite in that my reading speed is (I think) around 200 wpm. Basically, I read about as fast as I can talk. Thus, podcasts are no issue, or doing other slow things like art or baking.

As for this particular video by Matt, I probably won't go back to it as he is ever-evolving in his message. That's something I like for spiritual teachers, a willingness to dismiss past messages as one learns more or gains more insight.

Maybe you should do some mindfulness meditation to help you think slower
